The Helderberg Hot Club is an acoustic swing jazz trio performing Gypsy jazz, swing dance songs, jump blues, and jazz standards (Tin Pan Alley and American Songbook). Based in Albany, N.Y., the group features John Whitbread on guitar and vocals, Adam Payne on guitar, and David Howe on upright bass. By request, we can add members to the ensemble on sax, clarinet, violin, horns and percussion.
